I sell cool homes for cool people in San Diego. I grew up in Chula Vista, coached tennis at Balboa Tennis Club for five years, and now live in North Park. I work the metro neighborhoods on foot, and I personally toured more than 800 homes in 2025.

How did I get into real estate?
Through tennis. I coached at Balboa Tennis Club for five years before this. Coaching is a job where you watch one person closely, tell them the truth about what you are seeing, and stay patient while it lands. That transfers more directly than you would think.
Before that I lasted one year of chemical engineering at UC Davis, which taught me mostly that I did not want to do chemical engineering.
Where am I from?
Chula Vista. I grew up in the South Bay and now live in North Park, so I have watched both halves of this county change from the inside rather than from a market report.
What do I actually know well?
Craftsman and bungalow housing stock, what those houses hide, and what the repairs really cost. First purchases in San Diego, including the parts nobody explains properly. Small multi-unit property, and which lots realistically support an ADU.

Why is everything on video?
Because a listing photo is an argument and a walkthrough is evidence. I film tours uncut and say what is wrong with the house, which costs me nothing and saves buyers a wasted Saturday.
It is also the entire top of my business. No cold calls, no bought leads, no farming. People find me because they watched me walk through a house.
